Assistant Accountant
We are looking to hire an accountant cum Administrator to join our rapidly growing team!
The candidate should ideally be a certified accountant or possesses a degree in the accounting / finance.
Successful Candidates Will Be Willing To:
Daily Bookkeeping.
Monitoring day-to-day business operations and cash flow transactions
Verifying ensuring the financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for as per the company system.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports. Coordination and Financial reporting to company owner.
Recording and posting of accounting entries in accounting system ( Zoho Books ).
Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment).
Filing of VAT Return and related VAT reports and requirements
Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit) Payroll processing and payment.
Administrative Assistant. collection, purchasing, and Arrangements on visa & human resource related matters. Maintenance and replenishment of office and pantry supplies.
Processing and coordination of employee’s medical insurance other office administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification and Skills: Must be a Graduate with (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting) should have at least 2- 4 years of experience in Accounting and Admin Assistant experience. Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel. Good communication skills.
