مدير المنطقة هو المدير الفني للفريق تحت ادارته فهو يعمل علي :
- التنسيق التام بين الفروع من كافه النواحي التشغيلية مبيعات ومخزون وموظفين ودوره الأساسي هو تحقيق مطاعمه للتارجت المطلوب وطبقا لنظام الشركة
- الحفاظ علي التكلفة والجودة وعمل اجتماع دوري للمديرين لمناقشه مشاكل التشغيل الموجودة وسبل حلها او جدولتها
- متابعه جدول تدريب مدرين المطاعم للموظفين بشكل دوري
- متابعه النظافات والمنتجات ومراجعه الأوراق الخاصة بالتشغيل والتأكد من توافق المخزون مع حجم التشغيل في كل مطعم
- الحرص أيضا علي متابعه تدوير المنتجات وعمل تحليل مبيعات بشكل يومي لكل مطعم
- عمل المقارنات مع السنه الماضية والمطاعم الأخرى لمراقبه مستوي المبيعات بالمطعم والاهم من ذلك هو تنميه روح التعاون بين المدراء مع الحفاظ علي تنشيط الروح التنافسية بينهم
- متابعة ومراقبة برامج المطاعم الالكترونية
