المهام:
- إشراف على السائقين: توجيه وإدارة أداء السائقين وضمان التزامهم بالجدول الزمني والسياسات والإجراءات المعمول بها.
- تنظيم الصيانة والإصلاح: ضمان تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية للمركبات وإصلاحها عند الحاجة، ومراقبة جودة العمل والتكاليف المتعلقة به.
- إدارة الموظفين: توظيف وتدريب الموظفين الجدد، وتقديم توجيه ودعم لفريق العمل.
- تخطيط الجدول الزمني: تنظيم جداول العمل وتوزيع المهام بين السائقين وفقًا لاحتياجات العمل والمشروعات.
- إدارة المخزون: تتبع المخزون من القطع والمعدات اللازمة لصيانة السيارات وإدارة توريداتها.
- مراقبة الأداء: تقديم تقارير دورية حول أداء الموقع والتكاليف والاستهلاك، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتحسين الأداء
