Job Summary:As a Front Desk Executive at Onyx Residences by Rotana, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Residence’s front desk activities. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer to guests, assisting with long-term tenants, handling tenants’ inquiries and requests, and maintaining an organized welcoming front desk area.Job Responsibilities:- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, create a positive first impression, and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay- Handle guest check-ins and check efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of personal and payment details- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services available- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance- Maintain the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times- Keep a record of room and guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines- Process payments and maintain a cash float, ensuring accuracy in transactions- Assist in the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards- Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel, services, and promotions to effectively assist guestsCandidate Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry is preferred- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour- Strong verbal and written skills are a)- to work, while maintaining attention to detail- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure- Proficient in using hotel software and computer systems for check-ins, check, and guest inquiries- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidaysA high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
