ادارة فريق التنفيذ
- تنفيذ المشاريع وإدارة جميع جوانب التنفيذ بما في ذلك التخطيط والجدولة والموارد.
الإشراف على البناء:
- تنسيق ومراقبة أعمال البناء والتأكد من التقييم الدوري للجودة والامتثال للمواصفات.
تقديم الاستشارات الهندسية:
- تقديم النصائح والاقتراحات الهندسية للتحسينات أو التعديلات على المشروع عند الضرورة.
إدارة الموارد:
- تنسيق استخدام الموارد البشرية والمواد والمعدات بفعالية.
السلامة والامتثال:
- ضمان اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة والامتثال باللوائح والمعايير الهندسية.
تقارير ووثائق:
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول تقدم المشروع والمشكلات والتحديات المحتملة.
