<b>Business Solutions Manager </b>with Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to the hospitality sector, including POS systems, PMS software, IoT applications, and related technologies to join their incredible team. As a Business Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your extensive product knowledge and technical expertise to provide innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing teams, handling P&L, and enhancing revenue streams.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<br />-         Utilize deep product knowledge and technical expertise to consult with clients in the related industries.
<br />-         Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
<br />-         Provide expert guidance to clients, understanding their unique technical requirements, and proposing tailored solutions.
<br />-         Manage and optimize the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned projects, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
<br />-         Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
<br />-         Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the hospitality sector.
<br />-         Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
<br />-         Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges.

<br />Requirements
<br />-         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
<br />-         Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in business consulting, project management, and technical solutions within the System integration and similar industries.
<br />-         Proven expertise in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
<br />-         Demonstrated success in revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
<br />-         Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
