<p><b>Overview of the role:</b><br>
The Senior Network Development Manager will be responsible in implementing Group Automotive Network Strategy in KSA in collaboration with Automotive Brand/ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements, ensuring facilities are right sized to suit current and future market requirements for Sales and Aftersales, optimizing the customer journey and processes to ensure maximum sales revenues and customer satisfaction, within the approved dealers standards and in accordance with company financial guidelines to ensure maximum return on investment.</p>

<p><b>What you will do:    </b></p>

<ul>
<li>The role is crucial in taking these projects from the point of identifying an opportunity through to the point of construction and handover to the business</li>
<li>Provide project management support to Network Development Division (including strategic support, initiation, planning, execution, monitor &amp; control, closure, and budgeting services to the Automotive Division to support the successful implementation of Auto related project developments</li>
<li>Define initial scope and financial resources.  Identify internal and external stakeholders.  Support development of project charter and Authorisation for Financial Expenditure (AFE) for approval</li>
<li>Define and agree project objectives with key stakeholders/Project Sponsor then communicate with the project team to establish this vision of what will constitute successful accomplishment of the project objective</li>
<li>Track, review and regulate progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate the corresponding changes</li>
<li>Finalise all activities to formally complete the project.  Verify that the defined processes are completed to close the project.  Obtain acceptance by the customer/sponsor.  Ensure quality and delivery of project on time and in budget</li>
<li>Develop or provide direction for developing communication plan to ensure executive management and stakeholders receive adequate communication throughout the project and are kept informed of critical path progress and variances from plan, while building a collaborative environment for stakeholders</li>
<li>Prepares reports to all relevant stakeholders on the status and progress of the company’s portfolio of projects, insights as to key risk areas and to ensure timely escalation and support</li>
<li>Ensure good project governance is applied to all Automotive projects protecting business interests and Return of Investment (ROI)</li>
<li>Respond proactively to potential delays by using judgment to determine risk areas and maintain business issues within the Project Risk Register ensuring identification of issues and actions are logged so that it reduces or eliminates the risk of delay to project objectives</li>
<li>Support the development of the Network Strategy plan with inputs from the Network on what is required to achieve the group objectives</li>
<li>Measure and improve the performance and operational excellence of network (owned / dealers) including cost efficiencies, profitability, and development</li>
<li>Create and maintain the highest quality retail representation, monitor performance through operational and financial KPIs to enhance the desirability of our products and ensure delivery of customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Monitor the operational key performance indicators of the dealership and setting the action plans to enhance the end results</li>
<li>Strategic assessment of all franchising activities to ensure the Group only undertake activities with a financially sustainable future, thus safeguarding the Group’s reputation and performance</li>

<p><b>Required skills to be successful:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Engineering degree or other advanced analytical </li>
<li>PMP certificate is preferred</li>
<li>Agile &amp; Scrum master certification preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years in a managerial position in Network Development / Project Management </li>

<p><b>About the Team:</b><br>
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager – Network Development and you will work with Project Managers and Consultant on the Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design phases. </p>

<li>A full knowledge of all Brand facility, customer journey guidelines and facilities management</li>
<li>Experience and expertise in the Automotive field is preferred with knowledge of complete Automotive business model</li>
<li>Commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking, and ability to create buy-in and influence at a senior level</li>
<li>The preferred candidate must demonstrate exemplary project management (both Agile &amp; Waterfall), communication, and organizational skills with proven completion of mid to large scale projects</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Primavera / Microsoft (MS) Project </li>
<li>Time management and prioritisation to multi-task in a high demand, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Build positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the automotive value chain</li>
<li>Travel and conduct onsite visits</li>
<li>Ability to self-manage and self-motivate</li>
<li>The candidate should have experience managing teams, both through direct line management and in a matrix set up.</li>
