As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties, leveraging your expertise in the Dubai real estate market to facilitate successful transactions and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including property investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities and properties matching clients’ criteria.
- Proactively prospect for new business through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and property regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to maximize business opportunities and streamline processes.
