The General Accountant plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of an organization. This position involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with the ability to analyze financial data effectively. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
▪ General Ledger Accounting
a) Prepare and validate journal entries, and maintain high level of GL accuracy
b) Prepare and maintain monthly closing entries, including accruals
c) Reconcile and maintain Trial Balance reconciliation
d) Prepare bank reconciliation and Daily cash flow
e) Assists with month-end / year-end closings and statutory audit
▪ Accounts Payable
a) Maintain accounts payable records with vendor reconciliation
b) 3-way matching of vendors invoices, prior to invoice recording and account
to pay
c) Maintain periodical AP aging report and prepare invoices for payment as per aging
d) Assist in data preparation required by ZATCA in relation with VAT return and withholding Taxes.
e) Coordinate with suppliers for invoice discrepancies issues
▪ Accounts Receivable
a) Maintaining customer billing records
b) Reconciliation of customer balances
c) Performing customers account reconciliations
d) Periodically review AR aging reports and coordinate with the internal team
to follow up on the payments
e) Record customer’s invoice for collection and ensure accuracy.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in creating financial transparency for internal and external stakeholders by ensuring accurate financial reporting.
The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all company activities and transactions are recorded and accounted for properly.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping:
On a recurring monthly basis, collect information relating to all Company transactions and activities from various internal and external sources and process transactions in internal accounting systems.
Perform critical accounting close activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Project Accounting & Accounts Receivable:
Understand all contracts with customers & vendors, working closely with sales & delivery teams.
Act as primary liaison with project & delivery teams to understand project activities past & present, to ensure that company financial records & forecasts incorporate accurate information about ongoing projects.
Monitor project profit & loss, obtain commentary from delivery teams.
Obtain and validate project data needed for billing, and ensure that invoices are produced accurately.
Lead the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. Monitor and analyze customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.
Payroll Management:
Execute payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR to maintain employee records, update payroll information, and manage payroll-related deductions and benefits.
Prepare payroll reports, including tax withholding, deductions, and contributions, and ensure payroll compliance with local tax authorities.
Process Improvement and Systems Enhancement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Provide training and support to team members on accounting processes and systems.

<li>Full analysis of shipment creation from Billing (SAP and Yard Logistics) aspect and Identify revenue leakage (additional Billing) and determine solutions to avoid in future </li>

<li>Performs discovery and analysis for the purpose of documenting workflow, processes and needs.</li>
<li>Creates business requirements and analyses functional / technical specification to ensure needs are addressed.</li>
<li>Preparation of Automotive Logistics Budget and Forecast as per Group Timeline and update the same in IFRP</li>
<li>Monthly BSS (Balance Sheet Substantiation) for 2 entities</li>
