Key Accountabilities:

Develop, review, and verify new and existing Equipment Strategies (ES) & PM plans based on

Company approved procedures and standards to maximize equipment availability and

reliability.

2. Facilitate simple RCM-FMEA sessions with cross functional teams to develop Equipment

Criticality (EC) and Equipment Strategy (ES).

3. Communicate and liaise with other Engineering disciplines, Maintenance and Operations to

receive guidelines on basic PM tasks and procedures while preparing ES.

4. Prepare and process PMCRs (Preventive Maintenance Change Requests) with all necessary

technical documentation to facilitate designated timely approval and SAP implementation as

per Company procedures.

5. Monitor the status of PMCR processing based on priority to ensure that the PMCRs are

completed in a timely manner.

6. Provide RCM and maintenance engineering support service to stakeholders to confirm

equipment strategy is in place for Company and projects.

7. Support maintenance planning & excellence for SAP implementation to ensure all PM plans

are in place to mitigate against unreliability.

8. Monitor the quality of implementation of PM in SAP to confirm correct ES are in place with

right task lists, work centre, frequency, and schedule.

9. Prepare RCM presentation for asset monthly meetings to report the KPIs and status of PMCRs

and key issues during the meetings.

10. Provide coaching and On-Job-Training (OJT) in RCM-FMEA analysis tools and techniques to

ensure quality development program for national graduates.

3. Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse

and minimise financial exposure.

4. Develop and review policies and procedures relevant to Obsolescence and life cycle

management.

5. Review vendor drawings and manuals and ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all

equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL

6. Interface between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure

resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.

7. Liaise effectively with relevant stake holders as required.

8. Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and

responsibilities supporting the division objectives.

9. Review Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and ensure Electrical equipment spares procured to

meet client requirements.

10. Carry out engineering feasibility study (eMOC – management of change) for Obsolescence

Management to upgrade obsolete Electrical equipment & its components.

11. Review obsolescence of Electrical spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and

minimize operation risks.

Detailed Role includes.

• Troubleshooting the Complex Network and Security related issues connected over MPLS Networks.
• Handling the operational tasks related to Regional Datacenters connectivity, Branch Network issues, Communication between Site to Site over MPLS.
• Working on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Symantec proxies, wireless and Forescout NAC Solution.
• Regularly performing the Enhancements, failover tests and upgrade activities on the products mentioned.
• Troubleshoot the issues related to WAN Technologies, Dynamic routing, site to site communications issues, firewall communication issues.
• Troubleshooting and onboarding firewalls managed through Panorama.
• Should be actively involved in any minor or major incidents, integration issues, design issues’ and provide resolutions.
• Work along with vendors for any ongoing implementation and enhancement projects.
• Strong at technical documentation and presentations.
