The role is to ensure that approved designs are of the highest possible standard and in line with CFCM Design Criteria. The role is to provide regular site inspection through different retail elements (shops, Kiosks, etc.) and stages of fit out to ensure compliance with the Mall design criteria and the approved package; and proper achievement of their brand vision.</p>

<li style=”text-align:justify”>Contact and meet with the Tenants and their design team / Consultant to discuss and clarify CFCM’s Design Criteria and Retail Delivery process for new shop openings and existing shop renovation.</li>

<li style=”text-align:justify”>Review and update the Design Criteria regularly to cover all learned lessons and to keep it updated with the designs trends.  </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Monitor the tenant’s design progress verses their submitted time schedule to improve and facilitate their progress to meet the agreed RCD and report tenant progress in a weekly bases. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Enhance the Retail Design process and ensure that it is achieved through the ongoing relationship with retailers, their designers and their contractors, the RDM must be multidiscipline in Retail Design, Retail knowledge and construction Management. </li>

<p>Prepares proposals for new and renewal tenants at rates in line with budget/ERV for communicating to tenants in order to close new business and finalize renewal of existing lease contracts in a timely manner. <p><b>Arranging Legal Documentation</b></p>

<p>In liaison with the Lease Administration team ensures that all documentation is correctly prepared by Lease Administration in accordance with the SOP (LAF/LCA, Lease Contract, etc.) and is signed by the authorized person as per the DOA in order to avoid any litigation in future and to serve as a point of reference.   Maintains awareness of local legal procedures and practices, ensuring that these are upheld and/or not contradicted in lease terms.</p>

<p>Ensures that existing leases are renewed on time and that any changes in terms and conditions or rentals are correctly recorded and rental is collected on time and in full to avoid any loss of money or dispute with the tenants.  Proactively manage the tenancy schedules of assets to regear the lease contracts to increase the valuation of DFC’s portfolio.
