Spare Parts Coordinator – Hafil
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Spare Parts Coordinator to manage the inventory and distribution of spare parts for our company. The Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing spare parts in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, including quantity on hand, reorder points, and lead times
- Purchase spare parts from approved suppliers and ensure timely delivery
- Receive, inspect, and store spare parts in designated locations
- Issue spare parts to technicians and maintenance staff as needed
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to prevent stockouts
- Generate reports on spare parts usage, stock levels, and inventory turnover
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures for spare parts management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to spare parts management
