Job description
· Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
· Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information
· Documentation – scrutiny / checking and submission
· Data Quality of application information submission
· Biometrics – fingerprint scanning
· Segregation of application as per service
· Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
· Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
· Selling Value Added services
· Constantly updating self on product knowledge.
· Flexible to work in a different location and shift timings.
