Reservation Agent – Gefinor Rotana
Job Summary:
The Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting customers in making reservations for hotels, restaurants, or other services. They communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide them with information on available options, and secure their bookings.
Job Responsibility:
1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers looking to make reservations.
2. Provide customers with information on available services, rates, and packages.
3. Assist customers in making reservations according to their preferences and requirements.
4. Input reservation details accurately into the system and confirm bookings with customers.
5. Handle any changes or cancellations to existing reservations and provide customers with alternative options when needed.
6. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout their reservation process.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
6. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and friendly attitude.
7. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
