Looking for an Accountant / Admin Manager who can perform the following duties :
1) Preparation of invoices, Delivery orders, Purchase orders, Statement of accounts, Quotations in Tally (Software)
2) Monitoring of Receivables, preparing Statement of accounts and following up for outstanding amounts.
3) Responsible for monitoring the inflows and outflows of cash and reporting about the same to management.
4 ) Prepare Tax return filings for the period filing with the Tax authorities.
5) Perform bank transactions
6) Perform administrative tasks such as answering inquiries and resolving issues from customers and suppliers over the phone or Email.
7) Maintain documents and monitor the expiry of each and every document.
8) Managing the Paper Trail on a daily basis to create an efficient Filing system.
