Description
In this role, you are responsible for driving the sales of pumps and related products within the HVAC and plumbing sectors. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Growth & Market Development:
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets for the pumps division in the UAE.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance gross margins.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence.
Client & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Product Promotion & Technical Support:
• Specify and promote our pump products to consultants and clients, securing placement in vendor lists.
• Provide expert technical guidance on product features, system integration, and project requirements.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
• Adapt sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Regularly report sales performance, market conditions, and key insights to senior management.
• Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, product development, and marketing, to align sales efforts.
Payment & Collections:
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
