We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse storekeeper and logistic incharge to join our team
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock
2- Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location
3- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
4- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
5- oversees general operations and activities, including shipment and taking deliveries, conducting stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory
6- Keeping an inventory of all products entering or existing the warehouse
7- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials after each delivery, make a report and immediately notify the accounts
8- Ensuring that all the products are perfectly packed, rapped and ready for next order.
9- Keep clean and proper and fully updated records of the stock which are available for sale or rent
10- Remove inventory from trucks for shipping and/or delivery and move materials from storage to pick-up area or other locations
11- Keep warehouse premises neat and clean
12- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
