Responsible for making reports weekly and monthly, staff duty schedule, focus on customer service and ordering. Always ensure the company SOPs has been followed. Kitchen staff are responsible for storing ingredients and assisting with preparing food. Also ensure that the kitchen , dine in and storage areas are clean at all times. welcoming and sitting diners comfortable in the dining area. Taking customers order and serving food .
