The receptionist should be focused on office management.

call and Enquiry followups,

A market analysis covering the clients, competition, development, and more take initiative and work independently,

Promoting the organization and products.

Prepare and follow daily reports on sales calls,

Attend to clients’ complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Have strong customer service skills and be able to handle objections.
