Job Description: Bartender at a 4-Star Hotel in Dubai
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the hotel’s beverage offerings, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and the menu.
Ensure that all bar equipment and supplies are properly stocked, clean, and maintained for efficient operations.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain accurate records of all sales and transactions.
Follow all hotel and local regulations for the responsible service of alcohol, including verifying guests’ age and refusing service to guests who are intoxicated or underage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces, and following proper food safety practices.
Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings.
Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management as needed.
