Overview of the role:

Propose, discuss and conclude annual revenue and profitability budgets for the region. Design, implement and monitor business plans and strategies to achieve the business goals.

 

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

 

Business and Strategy planning 

  • Propose, discuss and conclude annual revenue and profitability budgets for the region
  • Design, implement and monitor business plans and strategies to achieve the business goals
  • Formulate, assign and monitor revenue targets and achievements of the sales team. 
  • Propose, plan and achieve market share targets that is conferred by principals and vendors 
  • Forecasting and procurement of merchandize to achieve the revenue goals
  • Management of inventory and debtors as per the agreed goals
  • Monitor and control the revenue and profitability of the corporate solution division. 
  • Plan and execute marketing and sales promotional activities in achieving the business objectives
  • Lead the corporate solutions team through skills development and fostering a competitive and health work environment.
  • Train, mentor and guide the team members towards achieving their revenue targets
  • Recruit, train and deploy staff in line with the approved budgets
  • Reach and develop new market segments that will contribute to the business goals

 

External Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and nurture business relationship with principals and suppliers
  • Align with principals and supplies towards common agreed business objectives
  • Discuss and agree business goals (short and long terms) with the principals and vendors.
  • Develop and nurture channel partner network for the product lines
  • Train and develop channel partner sales team to facilitate sales throughput
  • Develop relationships with key accounts to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodical reviews with principals, vendors and customers  
  • Identify and develop new product portfolios that will contribute to divisions financial performance

 

Business Goals

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets as defined in annual budgets/ business plan.
  • Achieve defined debtors and inventory targets

Required Skills to be successful:-

10-15 years in similar Sales and Marketing Management experience in AV – B2B management industry. Candidate’s from the same industry preferably with the sales experience of projectors and the professional AV industries. Must have experience managing principal and PSI management and heading B2B sales and solution team

 

  • The Job holder is engaged in achieving revenue and profitability targets as defined in annual budgets/ business plan.
  • Job holder has to possess high levels of professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels.
  • Job holder has to keep updated the technology changes in the industry.
  • JH to develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end to end IT hardware and software solutions.
  • JH to Identify latest project and market information  through industry sources and regular customer visits.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor Degree with a sales and marketing diploma preferred.
  • 10-15 years in similar Sales and Marketing Management experience in AV – B2B management industry. Candidate’s from the same industry preferably with the sales experience of projectors and the professional AV industries. Must have experience managing principal and PSI management and heading B2B sales and solution team
  • Dynamic personality, and flexible.
  • Results oriented.
  • Must possess strong motivational and Interpersonal skills to create a positive environment.
  • To Lead by example by being able to innovate to develop new /alternative strategies continuously and consistently to achieve the Sales and order booking targets.
