Answer phone calls and respond to emails and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for team members
Maintain and update records and databases, including client and employee information
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
