KEY POINTS:
**Have relevant experience in sales (offline & online).
**Ability to use common computer software applications and social media platforms.
**Who have worked before in online sales and marketing.
**Handling customers complaints and queries.
**Able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate to the field.
**Comfortable with interacting all sorts of customers.
**Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service.
*Typing speed 30 WPS and above.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company. to another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
* Answer questions about the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Update customer information in the database
* see to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements
* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
* Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.
*Strong and professional convincing skills.
*Excellent English communication and interpersonal.
