About the Role

 

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Corporate Travel Analyst to support the implementation of the new Corporate Travel Program for the Group. 

 

Job Summary

 

The Senior Corporate Travel Analyst is responsible to have a comprehensive understanding of our strategy and capacity to deliver results in autonomy. You will also be responsible to partner with Employee Services teams in all MENA countries to ensure travel enquiries are monitored effectively and according to our SOP and conduct refresher trainings

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Consolidate data from Employee Services team and prepare travel slides for monthly HR Operations dashboard in autonomy
  • Analyze data and reviews processes, policies, and resources to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Work with Dnata on accuracy of the data MoM and conduct audit checks on travel data quarterly
  • Analyze travel data from both Dnata and enquires from customers then propose action plans to increase the customer experience and cost effectiveness of the program
  • Participate in the monthly travel operations calls with Dnata and ensure SLA are met MoM
  • Review the travel process guides and training material to ensure they are always up to date with our processes
  • Capacity to be part of our different projects tackling duty of care, customer experience and cost efficiencies. Tasks assigned from these projects must be delivered with full ownership and autonomy

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  3-5 years in project and/or change management with analytical tasks
  • Prrevious experience in Corporate Travel from TMC side as Account Manager or Team leader or from customer side as Travel Analyst or Travel Manager.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage

        Job-Specific Skills:

  • Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Possess high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SAP
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Strong team player, with ability to take initiative and operate independently. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working in international and complex organizations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark
