Meshico group is looking for an experienced Waiters with +2 years of proven experience working in Fine-Dining restaurants in Dubai.
*Duties and responsibilities
· To be familiar with the composition of all menu products
· Follows the sequence of service at all time, focused on high experience standers
· To serve beverages and plates in accordance with standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
· To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer honestly
· Ensures best practices and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates to the Manager
· Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guests and his superiors during operations
· Interacts with his/her teammates and managers in order to improve service and communication
Qualifications
. Neat appearance and exceptional grooming habits for a professional presence
. A friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
· Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
· Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
· Knowledge and experience in upselling
· His/her should have previous training and a minimum of 2 years of experience
