Our company is looking for Operations Assistant to handle all admin work for the office and reporting directly to the General manager. She will be responsible for main communications by email or letters and to make the meeting schedules also filing all documents needed for work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recording Minutes of Meeting
Preparing Calendar Meetings
Creating weekly and monthly reports
In charge of Office supplies inventory
Communication with suppliers
Follow ups and distributing tasks with each members of the team.
Supporting the Supply Chain team
Other duties as required
