-دراسة خصائص البيع والتسويق لهذه التصنيفات أون لاين وأوف لاين.
-العمل مع البائعين والموزعين (أعمال) في قنوات البيع المختلفة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.
– تدريب البائعين والموزعين على تسويق وبيع هذه المنتجات.
– فهم وتطوير قنوات البيع المختلفة.
– تحديد فئة العميل (أعمال أوأفراد والعمل) لكل تصنيف لعمل خطط تسويق وبيع مخصصة لقنوات البيع المختلفة.
-تطوير وزيادة الأسواق المستهدفة لهذه المنتجات.
-وضع توقعات لطلبات هذه المنتجات لضمان استمراريتها بالتعاون مع قسم المشتريات.
-تحديد الأسعار التنافسية بناء على المنافسين والميزات التنافسية بالتعاون مع قسم التسويق والمبيعات.
-تحمل مسؤولية تحديد وتطوير ميزانية وإيرادات وربحية التصنيفات.
