MEP & Rail Systems Construction Manager – Hill International (Middle East) Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP & Rail Systems Construction Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in MEP & Rail Systems construction management.

• Coordinate and manage all MEP & Rail Systems construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for MEP & Rail Systems construction activities.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in MEP & Rail Systems construction management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP & Rail Systems construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience using project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
