We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.As a Recreation Attendant, you are responsible to ensure that all health club area responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities such as:Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Ensure swimming pools (main & children’s pool) and the complete health club area is clean at any time and report any maintenanceEnsure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place when setting up in the morningProvide guest assistance on arrival to BodylinesBe aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform the supervisor/manager.Be The Difference attitude to be displayed at all times. Providing memorable moments and exceeding guestProvide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities.Clean, sanitize and maintain recreational equipment and suppliesObserve activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedures in the event of an emergency.Assist with potential new members, giving a complete tour of the facility and being fully conversant with all prices and facility details of the clubCheck constantly on the changing rooms and ensure that they are clear of litter, used towels, etc.Report any guest complaints to Superiors immediatelyObserve high standards of personal hygieneJob Details
