  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the GCC region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking within the building and construction industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, consultants, and project owners, to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding the selection and application of building/construction materials, with a specific focus on geosynthetics.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our building/construction materials.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements to achieve profitable outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  9. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategies.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and standards related to building/construction materials and geosynthetics.
