Support Operational Excellence (OE) Lead Consultant in aligning OE objectives of the client

Assessing client against established benchmarks and best practices from functional OE perspective

Identify areas of improvement based on assessment findings and function specific guidelines

Run DMAIC style project approach to process improvement

Track and monitor publication of OE assessment findings

Create and maintain assessment plan, monitor application of assessment criteria, check adherence to standard templates

Document lessons learnt post assessment

Define performance benchmarks at a process level function-wise and outline a robust measurement system to evaluate impact of operations excellence initiatives

Aligning the organization with the reason for change and a vision of the future state from implementing the operations excellence

Implement appropriate processes and practices to realize the benefits for a function

Provide a continuous improvement framework for sustainability and control of operational changes made/suggested for each function
