Position Purpose
The prime purpose of the role is to advise customers on the service needed for their vehicle and ensure the Technician provides the service. Create the job card, issues the customer invoice, and collects payment. Ensure overall security of the site, including inventory and cash. Maintain the site to a clean, uncluttered professional standard.
Primary Responsibilities
· Greeting customers, agreeing their vehicle service needs, provide quotations, and confirm the order
· Manage the Technicians to conduct the required work
· Provide the job card, arrange spare parts, provide the customer invoice, and collect payment
· Identify value added opportunities to increase sales
· Ensure all sales promotions are implemented
· Ensure the presentation of the site is clean, uncluttered and a safe working environment. All company safety and environmental standards implemented
· Entertain customer complaints and resolve as per company policies.
