Technical Backend Project Manager – Dashing Web Design LLC

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing full backend cycles of any project and should possess a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.

Salary: $10,000 to $13,000 or more depending on skills and experience + Accommodation and Other Standard benefits as per the company norms and UAE labor law.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing full backend cycles of any project of the company’s assigned to his team.
• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel and ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones.
• Establish and implement processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
• Maintaining project timeframes and status reports.
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases as needed.
• Coordinating resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Conducting risk assessments for projects.
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned base on skills and knowledge.
