Title:     Sales Executive

Department:     Sales & Marketing

Reports To:       General Manager, JEDDAH

Overview

The role comes with responsibility for Building Business in KSA for the company, identifying Revenue Sources, Client Relationship Management, coordinating with GM office and managing + delivering results for multiple accounts. Added responsibilities include – managing KSA office and team as and when they grow.

As a strategic thinker who will be deeply involved, you should be passionate about the world of brand activation & shopper marketing and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is a highly collaborative role, that works across internal teams and has a high level of vendor & client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling and translating data into actionable solutions.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

·       Determine sales goals

·       Meet and exceed sales targets

·       Be the client-facing for Event Makers Sales Team in KSA

·       Reach out to clients and businesses to open doors for business

·       Work cross-functionally across research, marketing, operation and strategy teams to ensure success for clients

·       Implement new strategies for day-to-day reporting, close-out reports, proposals etc.

·       Act as a subject matter expert for brand activation within Event Makers for our partners and clients

·       Fully understands the Event Makers brand identity including our Vision, Mission, Core Values, Purpose and Promise. This identity needs to guide all actions and communication

·       Developing effective strategies that are creative and innovative for each client as per briefs received

·       Meeting clients regularly & working towards maintaining high satisfaction scores

·       Work towards bringing in more leads, upselling company services and achieving targets

·       Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager

·       Analyze activation results, providing clients with strategic solutions on how to improve

  • Accurately manage project revenue and profitability in keeping with business goals
