3、为了确保系统的高可用，需要不断评估系统承载能力及作出优化方案；
4、提供专业的技术支持，解决项目开通中遇到的棘手问题；
5、建立和维护培训环境，为学员提供上机实习环境并提供指导；
6、建立和维护版本验证环境，针对新版本进行功能和部署方面的验证；
