Collect data, process, maintain/develop HR database, prepare reports, analyse trends, highlight challenges &amp; insights and share timely information with the stakeholders in real estate division (Malls, Mixed Use, Engineering &amp; Technologies and Construction).</span></span></span></span></span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of regular reporting to different business functions using Tableau/Power BI, PowerPoint etc. This includes development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing based on business need</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Design and create ad-hoc data reports to capture key insight trends. Own the development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports to drive key business decisions.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Collaborate with subject matter experts across the real estate HR team (HRBPs, learning and development, talent management, recruitment) to improve overall data reporting and insights.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Responsible to collate the information received from multiple outsource vendors and perform detailed analysis on the manpower cost spent and headcount. Share monthly analysis &amp; key findings on over/under spend</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Accountable to create data model and perform analysis for any outsource business case within real estate. This helps management to take key decisions in terms on vendor selection, transiting to outsource, selecting right benefits for outsourced employees and driving efficiencies.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Responsible for performing detailed data analysis to answer complex business problems. This requires a strong ability of understanding business processes, stakeholders’ information need and then applying data analysis techniques to recommend possible outcomes.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Support Analytics Team &amp; HRBPs in annual manpower budgeting and quarterly forecast process.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Consolidate all HR assumptions and budget inputs for management review and finalisation</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Perform analysis regularly and monitor manpower spend against budget, highlight any abnormal trends to the management.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>In order to derive efficiency, the role will be responsible for designing, developing and automating dashboards and applications, promoting self-service and keeping consistency, accuracy, and completeness with articulated data standards. Be part of other automation projects to gain efficiency.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies in the reporting data.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Develops designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR DB/tables and codes.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Automate integration of multiple datapoints to have up to date customised reporting available for all businesses under real estate.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Create engaging presentation reflecting data both electronically and in person to clearly articulates findings, analysis, assumptions or reflect on suggestions that can influence decisions or be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”><span style=”color:black”>Support in consolidation of all group related data requests from HRBPs within all functions in reals estate</span></span></span></span></span></li>
