Assistant Financial Controller – Juno Management Consultancy LLC

Accounting:

• Support most aspects of accounting management, including production of monthly management accounts for group/subsidiaries;
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements;
• Account reconciliation and billing (invoicing);
• Raise payments and assist with payouts;
• Manage journal entries;
• Assist in monthly books closure;
• Analyse budget vs actual variance;
• Integral participation in the annual audit;

Controls/Monitoring/Reporting:

• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices;
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances;
• Participate in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies;
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting;
• Identify and rectify discrepancies while assisting in the establishment of effective control systems;

Tax/VAT:

• Assist in the UAE VAT return preparation and filing;
• Assist in the UAE Income tax return preparation and filing (when implemented);
