Job Summary:As a Housekeeping Order Taker for our hotel, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their requests for housekeeping services, keeping track of room statuses and ensuring that the housekeeping department is properly supplied and staffed throughout the day.Job Responsibility:1. Answer incoming calls from hotel guests, delivering prompt and friendly customer service both on the phone and in person.2. Ensure that housekeeping staff is informed of all guest requests for service, timing and any additional notes, and changes or cancellations effectively.3. Take and record housekeeping supply orders from staff, processing requests and ensuring replenishment of necessary items and equipment.4. Monitor room statuses and floor plans, keeping track of occupied rooms, cleaning schedules, and room availability.5. Manage guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, working with other departments as necessary to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.Candidate Requirements:1. High school diploma equivalent required.2. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.3. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.6.
