  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems & layouts.
  • Preparing Reports.
  • Managing the travel arrangements, booking or reservations.
  • minutes of meetings.
  • any other tasks as assigned.
