Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring the work of Sales Managers and Sales Executives;
- Establishing and coordinating the development of short- and long-term sales plans;
- Establishing and coordinating the client base, its maintenance, analysis, structuring;
- Participation in exhibitions/representation of company’s interests;
- Control of all sales processes;
- Making reports and metrics;
- Efficiency analysis of the English-speaking Sales Department;
- Analysis of competitors, finding growth points for the company’s sales system;
- Establishing Sales Department Development Strategy;
