KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage an aftersales service location on a daily basis for smooth, efficient and profitable operation.
  • Ensuring output of top-quality work executed at maximum efficiency from the workshop.
  • Ensure courteous and professional handling of customers and guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor the execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while increasing workshop efficiency.
  • Maintain safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of workshop.
  • Review employee performance on regular basis to develop staff and ensure team compliance with the service quality standards.
