Strategic Partnerships Manager – Travel industry
Position Reports To / Supervisor: CEO
Position Description/ Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to manage global partnerships to increase revenue for the organization by identifying and developing new partnerships, maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing global partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts / Partnerships through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and develop New Global Partnerships
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and other terms with Global Partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and revenue management, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the Business and Services
