Accounting Manager – Arcom Group

–            Training team members to make sure enhancing the performance on continuous basis.

–             Effectively planning cash flow needs based on assumptions made & continuously comparing projected figures with actual ones.

–             Providing weekly performance reporting to the General Manager highlighting trends and opportunities to assist in improving profits, margins, and reducing costs.

–             Delivering financial training to support the accounting department.

–             Ensuring that all weekly/periodic data is collected and input on timely basis

–             Compiling financial reports according to required criteria.

–             Supervising ARCOM accounting system, chart of accounts distribution and ensuring that all requested information are registered accurately.

–             Managing bank relations according to specified criteria to ensure that ARCOM accounts are handled as required.

–             Controlling and managing checks payment issues.

–             Preparing annual budget with all departments to produce accurate budgets and forecasts for all sales and cost areas.

–             Identifying areas containing risks & opportunities to be included in forecast

–             Effectively planning cash flow needs based on assumptions made & continuously comparing projected figures with actual ones.

–             Perform other related duties as required
