We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.As a Customer Information System Executive you are responsible for day to day handling of the Customer Information System that is maintained by Rotana Corporate Office. The position ensures necessary standards are monitored from a Corporate Office level to property level to utilise the system to full capability. The focus of the position is on ensuring that the CIS provides key strategically information to our sales and revenue departments, improves customer satisfaction, and allows us to communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers:• Ensure that CIS standards are met in all existing and new properties.• Follow the CIS work flow, best practices, as well as new service initiatives.• Maintain CIS SOP’s and Policies.• Assist properties in their operation, systems, and process needs when required.• Run reports as required by management and company standards.• Distribute input standards and system usage quality controls.• Ensure quality is maintained in all data and profile types (Individual, Corporate, Travel Agents, etc).• Ensure successful CIS implementation in all properties, in terms of training and technical assistance.• Conduct random checks and tests to properties to ensure adherence to CIS quality assurance standards.• Ensure all properties are connected to the CIS and is accessed and utilised easily and efficiently.• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.• Attend training programs of benefit to the CIS. • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect colleagues health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment• Support the CIS team with their needs whenever required.Job Details
