- Provide assistance to clients globally through live support in opening and updating existing accounts, keeping records up to date and communicating with appropriate department in solving issues.
- Flawless phone decorum and management.
- Handle of Back-office enquiries.
- Upkeep customers with practical and troubleshooting concerns and on platforms.
- Deal with grievances of a changing nature on point and successfully.
- Coordinate with the compliance officer.
