Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress (Russian / German speaking) to join our team at Rotana. The ideal candidate will responsible providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast environment.Job Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner- Present menus, take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders- Provide recommendations on menu items and offer assistance with any special dietary requirements- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests’ tables- Check in with guests periodically to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service- Process payments accurately and efficientlyCandidate Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role in the Food & Beverage industry- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact professionalism- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not mandatoryJob Details
