- Supervision of the job description of all positions
- Supervision of the company organization structure
- Supervision of the mid yearly/ yearly performance appraisal
- Supervision recruitment process and coordinate with different recruitment sources
- He/she needs to understand the organization’s needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.
- Hires the right employees.
- Process payroll.
- Update policies.
- Maintain employee records.
- Conduct benefit analysis.
