Responsibilities

1. Developing and issuing quality management documents such as policies, procedures, and templates, and making sure they are updated and using the latest versions

2. Communicate and coordinate with the Institutional Excellence Department to conduct the necessary audits on the components of the Secretariat’s operational model

3. Review and suggest changes to the quality management system documents

4. Contribute to conducting an internal audit to ensure compliance by regulatory authorities with the components of the quality management system

5. Contribute to the design of quality management plans at the level of the Secretariat

6. Defining corrective actions to deal with cases of non-conformity and tracking their implementation
