As a Strategy & Investments Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic planning process for the entity’s investments division to ensure the seamless alignment of its investment strategy with the broader group strategy.

Formulate and execute investment strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Define and communicate objectives across departments in coordination with investment senior leadership.Deliver performance management reports and benchmarks for the investment division.Monitor and report on performance against strategic themes, providing actionable recommendations.Lead the annual management offsite, moderating discussions on growth plans and challenges.Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among investment departments.Undertake special projects as assigned by the leadership to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years’ experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of management consulting and industry experience.Real estate sector experience is strongly preferred.Strong experience in strategic planning and performance management, with extensive understanding of balance scorecard methodologyMust have good financial literacy, with the ability to understand financial returns, operating business, capital allocation, deployment, acquisitions, etc.Must be an excellent team player, fostering collaboration and synergy within cross-functional teamsRobust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
