Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the Vendor Invoices postings, clearing, passing the payment entries
- Customer collection accounting and follow-up with customers for payments.
- Validating the employee reimbursement claims with supporting documents and forwarding them for further approvals and accounting
- Validating the credit card /Debit card expenses with supporting documents and sending for further approvals and accounting
